Denagard - pharmacokinetics

Denagard is rapidly and well absorbed (>90%) from the intestine of the pig.
 

A series of trials conducted in the USA were carried out by Anderson, M. D. and others (1994) to determine the concentration of tiamulin in certain key target tissues of the pig (e.g. lung, tonsil, colon mucosa and colon contents) following oral and parenteral dosage [?].
